ILNOR's warehouse stocks 230 products made of copper, brass and bronze with a band thickness of 0.15 to 2.00 mm and a width of 5.0 to 320.0 mm. The smallest quantity unit weighs 1 kg and the maximum ring weight is approximately 2000 kg for bands with a width of 320 mm. The inner ring diameter is always 400 mm.
Get set
The bands in stock can be cut to the desired width at Spaltcenter on request. There is no minimum volume. We also offer electroplated bands. ILNOR GmbH cooperates with certified and reliable electroplating companies. One of our special services is handling very small volumes with surfaces that need to be tin or nickel-coated.
Go
The delivery time depends on the demand. It usually takes only 5 to 10 working days to shipping.
The lead time for surface-treated products adds at least one week to this process. We will gladly provide you with binding scheduling information on request. We are committed to punctual delivery.

Slitting line and slitting tools
A high speed slitting line is cutting the strips into the requested width. To have a continuous, clean cut and the edges free of burr we use special cutting blades and eject rings made of special steel. A set of different cutting blades and the maintenance department of ILNOR grant high quality cutting and continuous high quality level.
The cutting process is optimized by trained experts mounting the slitting sets and preparing the set up of the slitting head.
The slitting process is done carefully for extra high precision, because this is the last working step in a long production process.

Logistics
The final products coming out of the slitting line are leaded into a special packing line for pallets. According to customer requirements the material is labelled and made ready for shipping.
The kind and function of packing is important for the correct use, further reworking and of course to arrive the customer in perfect condition.
